Hello and thank you for your interest in our study!

We are a group of psychology students at the University of Vienna and we are conducting this study for our bachelor thesis.

The aim of our study is to examine the effects of a stress reduction program on people’s wellbeing. This program was developed by scientists of the Universities of Pittsburgh, Vermont, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

The study is structured in 3 parts.
First, you will be asked to answer some questions (5 minutes in total), then the main part of the study will come: every day, for 14 days, you will receive a link to a lesson which will take about 15-20 minutes.
Lastly, you will be asked again to answer some questions (5 minutes in total).

Before beginning, please read the informed consent on the next page carefully and answer the questions that will follow. It is necessary you answer all of them. There are no wrong answers and your information will be handled confidentially.

If you want to take a break while answering the questions, please do not close the page and do not refresh it.

After you are done with that and wish to participate, you will be asked to fill in an e-mail address where we can contact you later on with all further information as well as the stress reduction training program. Please make sure to put an e-mail address you check regularly.
